Privacy Policy

DailyTasks collects the profile name and avatar color you choose, the household tasks and descriptions you create, task activity, reminders, and the invite and membership information needed to connect your household.

We also process an anonymous account identifier, an app installation identifier, push notification tokens, device and app diagnostics needed to provide the service, and subscription product and entitlement information supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. DailyTasks does not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use this information to authenticate your device, synchronize household tasks, deliver reminders and notifications, operate widgets and Live Activities, provide customer support, restore purchases and account access, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of DailyTasks.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information you add to a household is shared with the other members of that household. Choose invite recipients carefully and avoid adding sensitive information to task titles or descriptions.

We use service providers only as needed to operate DailyTasks. Convex hosts and synchronizes app data, RevenueCat processes subscription entitlement information, and Apple provides App Store purchases, push notifications, widgets, and Live Activities. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide DailyTasks, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Operational backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before being overwritten.

You can delete your account in DailyTasks from Profile, then Delete account. Deleting your DailyTasks account removes your account data but does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings. Some household content may remain available to another household member when needed to preserve their shared task history.

You can edit your profile, control notification permission in iOS Settings, leave or disconnect from a household, restore purchases, and delete your account in the app. You may contact us to ask about your information or request assistance with deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

DailyTasks and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.

DailyTasks is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

We may update this policy as DailyTasks changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
